On 9 December 2017, Om in the City held a silent retreat in collaboration with Nithya Priyan, where guests learned to channel their external energy inwards. Over two days, guests were able to recharge from fatigue and connect with themselves. This practice of silence and its intention is intended to guide a person through the ideas of common good – kindness, love, gratitude, and forgiveness.
Guests took a “weekend off life” to retreat to a luxurious bell tent with a double bed and feather pillows in the East Coast of Singapore to explore a quiet and introspective practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation with Nithya Priyan.
Healthy green food was specially prepared by Real Food Singapore to nourish and cleanse the body. They are very passionate about what you eat and what’s good for you.
In collaboration with Glamping Society, guests stayed in beautifully styled world-class standard canvas bell tents, fitted out with the trimmings expected of a luxury hotel.
This bootcamp for the soul was able to get people back to basics – with what truly matters – as they contemplated love, compassion, forgiveness and humility in the comfort of their own glamp tent.
Om in the City welcomes you to try out our bespoke wellness experiences. For those of you who need a getaway that a typical holiday won’t satisfy, there is always one that we can create just for you.
